 Dietetic Technician
As a frontline member of a multidisciplinary team, you will have a strong impact on patient/resident satisfaction by working directly with individuals and their families to manage the nutrition care process. A critical and rewarding part of the job is to be a voice for patients to ensure their needs are being met, as well as assisting with referrals and data collection.
 Dietitian
From entry-level to advanced practice, Sodexo dietitians work within a multidisciplinary healthcare team to manage and deliver the nutrition care process. You will be a resource for other nutrition and allied health professionals, serving on client committees and working to ensure that JCAHO, state, federal and company standards are met.
You may be a regional resource for other Sodexo dietitians, precept dietetic interns or use your personal initiative to fulfill professional opportunities including dietetic association leadership or writing for consumer-oriented and peer-reviewed professional journals serving the nutrition industry.
 Nutrition Manager
You are a dietitian leader, a nutrition expert and a team motivator as you direct the efforts of all patient care areas related to the nutrition care process from the smallest hospital to multi-site healthcare systems.
With patient/resident satisfaction in mind, you will work as a part of a multidisciplinary team to coordinate the supervision of various nutrition specialties ensuring that JCAHO, state, federal and company standards are achieved.
You may assist regional clinical support managers in completing projects and assessing nutrition programs at other healthcare accounts.
You will mentor less experienced Clinical Nutrition Managers and Clinical Dietitians, guide dietetic internships and promote the career development of others while enhancing your own growth through our superior clinical resources.

In addition, more than 250 dietitians work in non-clinical jobs, including general managers, district managers, sales directors, procurement agents, human resource managers and IT specialists. They work closely with others for menu and recipe development, performance improvement activities, training, human resources, program enhancement and patient satisfaction projects.
In all of your on-the-job responsibilities, you will be supported by a network of more than 1,500 dietitians, including highly specialized nutrition experts who are available for consultation through our company-wide discussion forum.
